I’ve read quite a few articles on HTML 5, Theora, and video tags, but most of them discussed theoretical rather than practical issues. On my site MJV-ART.ORG, I recently added an anime section, JV-Video, which is a small video hosting (similar to YouTube) based on HTML5/Theora.
